From toddlers to teens to the twilight years. Over the years logos may be slightly updated to match the sign of the times but how we market to women and men for some will always be black and white, or shall we say black and pink.
Newly elected President Obama fights for equal rights by signing the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act while Romney gets the shaft and will always be remembered for referring to qualified women candidates for employment as “binders of women”.
While women want equal rights, some might say that they want those rights wrapped up in shiny pink ribbons with sparkles on top. See if you can tell the difference “Between Cats and Dogs”.
While some logos are crystal clear in their representation of the feminine and the masculine others come across far more balanced. Still each of these logos does appear to target a specific gender.
